Wish the store was bigger..... but.... the items they do have are very well-suited for a plus size girl. I wasn't sure about a bathing suit, but once intried it on, it fit somwell and covered every arra I needed and looked good. It's my fa orote swimsuit of all time. Love that the employees are quick to help and understand what a plus girl is looking for. Kudos to the employees. It makes shopping for clothes much more appealing.

By far my favorite place lately. So much cute clothes, I can look feminine and the clothes fit correctly? Yes please!

I went to this Torrid location for the first time today, and I will never go to a different one. The place is clean, organized, and spacious. Not to mention the selection is great. Being a wheelchair/cane user, I especially appreciate how spacious the place is - there's more than enough room when you walk in, look around, and even on the dressing room. Customer service was excellent, too. Major shout-out to Faith for being so wonderful and accommodating 👏

I have been a Torrid customer since the first time my wife and I walked into the location at Firewheel mall nearly 3 years ago. We had the most amazing experience with Kelsey. She has moved up in the company and is now the manager of this location. We drive about 70 miles round trip just to come to her location. She has a terrific staff as well. Kelsey and her team exemplify the art of customer service. Professional and Personal at the same time.
