A Joyful Mess

I recently had my daughters 7th birthday party here with the “adopt a puppy party” theme and the kids had so much fun! My daughter loves art and dogs so this party was perfect for her! They all loved making their puppy houses, food, leashes, etc for their puppy. They had a blast and they do a great job at keeping the kids engaged! We would highly recommend having a birthday here or coming for art camps, classes, etc. Thank you for making my daughters birthday special.

Our daughter loves this place and will be starting her 3rd year of art classes this fall. We enjoy the consistency of the teachers - always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and competitive. As a business owner, I know how difficult it is to run a small business, and Mrs. Trotter does it efficiently and with a friendly attitude. My 8 year old son LOVED their summer camp. He did the art for gamers class (of course). The kids did several projects (maybe 7?) and I think it was a good balance between organized assignments and self directed activity. Perfect for his age and interests. We will definitely do a camp with them again next year.

Joyful Mess is just what the name signifies! A place for kids to get messy but really have some joy! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and what a pleasure it was working with the owner and so well organized! The theme was slime and the gallery was so quaint. We had about 16 kids and I’ve gone to many birthdays in big venues where the kids are lost playing in their own worlds and not really interacting with each other.
That’s why I decided to pick something else. The kids were all in one room together and focused on their slime project. They spoke to each and discussed all things smile with each other. It was just perfect. Even the other parents there loved it and complimented the venue and experience. Highly recommend and plan to sign my daughter with more classes and/or camps! Only recommendations is to please open a location in Frisco!!

My daughter attends homeschool art lessons at a Joyful Mess and so enjoys her time there that she requested her birthday celebration be there as well! She had such a fantastic time at her slime party - which was reasonably priced and cleared all of the party planning pressure right off my plate. They even managed the party favors! Highly recommend.
