  Been here a few times now! YUM!!! We ordered chicken tenders, Cajun fries, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, deluxe chicken sandwich, rosemary fries. Everything was absolutely delicious (if you like spicy) and a good sized portion. The sauces they have are amazing! Nashville Hot sauce was our favorite followed by the signature sauce. They also had honey mustard, Korean bbq and of course, ketchup.
  
  MUST GET CUSTARD TOO!! Chicken and custard together is a winning combination!!
  
  Service was friendly and quick. Perfect casual lunch date.

  The food is really good. The gal at the register was really sweet and accommodating with our larger family and was great at suggesting fan favorites and we were really pleased with what she suggested. The chicken is really good and simply seasoned so that it can go really well with an array of different toppings so you can get something different every time you come in or please a lot of different pallet preferences. My husband comes to the Richardson location often for work lunch and said the few extra bucks is worth it for a better meal and he would rather than be at Super Chix than dealing with the craziness that can happen at the Chick-fil-A just across Renner. The downside is that it is a little expensive to feed a family of 6 for a casual dinner out. It is nice to know that they do have a “custard happy hour” after 8pm which is really helpful when all the kids want a cone at the end of the meal making the cones around $1.50 rather than $3.50. Family friendly atmosphere but just a little pricey. ❤️

  It was the first time my husband and I ate there. The cashier was so nice and patient as it took a little while to figure out what we wanted since we’ve never been there before. We asked questions about some of the items and she was very knowledgeable. I ordered a sandwich and fries and my husband ordered tenders. The food was fresh and tasted good. The cashier even gave us complimentary fountain drinks since it was our first time. We were pleasantly surprised with the array of sauces. We tried them all and they have something for everyone. Mild, spicy, tangy, smokey, etc. We will be definitely be returning to try their other items.

  Never tried this spot or heard of it. Walked in was greeted by young man whom helped me through the menu. My order was 2pc tenders and order of coleslaw. Wow!! The chicken is amazing, however the coleslaw was way to salty. I am a GM at a restaurant myself so I told the young man about my experience and the coleslaw. A gentlemen named Caleb heard from the kitchen he came out and said "Sir I am so sorry about that can I get you something else or a custard". I told him no thank you but I'd like your name. For young man to go that far really impressed me. I see a GM in the making. Good job Super Chix and KUDOS to Caleb. Awesome customer service.
