Breckinridge Point Apartments

Just recently moved in May 1st and so far so good, besides the pool not being open. Great location plenty of restaurants/stores in the area. If you are looking to move into the apartments just ask for Jennifer or Diane. They are really awesome and really friendly. They will take great care of you and your family.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She absolutely made my apartment search a breeze! I can't wait to move into the community!

Diann is hands down the best leasing agent we've ever worked with! She was so helpful to us and she always made sure we were taken care of and that meant so much to us during what was an extremely stressful time! She's so very nice and always smiling, super positive person. Love, love, love her!

I am going into year 3 here and I am very happy that I chose this place to call home. As a self employed-semi retired consultant, this place has been perfect for. When searching for an apartment, I prayed for a clean, safe and comfortable place to live and this community is the answer to my prayer. The current management team, Diane, Jennifer and maintenance are great - they try to make your space livable! They are friendly, helpful and respectable. I love living here. It's not perfect (what is), but it's perfect for me and what I need in this season of my life. All in all, it's a great place to call home!

Going through the application and lease process at Breckenridge Point has been extremely smooth and low stress compared to other apartments I have dealt with in the past. Diane was a true pleasure to work with. She is incredibly thorough when providing information and answering questions.
