Cortland Canyon Creek

We moved in 7months . Our experience right from move in has been great . Leo made the move in very comfortable us . Maintenance is very response ,all our requests have been taken in within a day span . The pool and area around is well maintained.
They also have a dog play area.
Only negative- Thin wall

My boyfriend and I just moved into this community and we are so pleased! (: The leasing agent Michael Connect was so patient with us through the application process, always prompt to help.
We moved into a clean and well kept apartment with lots of closet space.
The community is also super clean, beautiful and quiet.
Would give 10 stars if I could!!! :D

This complex is great! I viewed an apartment here and was impressed by the facility, but was especially taken with Dani! She works in the office and was so professional and helpful in telling me about the property. She even mentioned that sometimes there are resident events just for kids, which I LOVE. Keep it up!

I had stayed here for 13 months and can say it’s a very pleasant place. We were the first to move in to the apartment. The premises were always kept clean and the apartment services were top notch - always taken care of within a day. Kudos to the working staff.

The only problem was it was very hard to reach the leasing office via telephone. It always routed to their main center in Carolina. The office staff was not very welcoming at all times.

BUT Paisley was the best! She’s the leasing office manager and always gave an open ear to everyone’s issues. It got a little late to inform our decision of moving but given the situation and conditions, she agreed to honor it with no extra charges. She was also considerate about the little delays while returning the keys. I felt this was the most appropriate way of saying a big thank you for such great experience!

Excellent place to live! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Karla. When I adopted a dog, they made the process easy and they wanted to meet her and give her some treats and toys, which really meant a lot. They were also good at communication during the Feb 2021 winter storm and power outages.
The property is kept clean and well landscaped. The maintenance crew are friendly and quick to help. My dryer didn't work the first week I moved in and they had someone fix it within a few days. In the meantime, they let me borrow a key to a vacant unit so I could use the dryer in there, which was really helpful since I had a lot of wet clothes in my washing machine.

I'm excited to be moving in here soon. Property looks nice and new. Leasing office has been really helpful with touring and leasing, especially Alessandro and Taylor. Those two and Paisley are friendly and upbeat.
