Counseling Center of North Texas

I am so grateful for Counseling Center of North Texas. The whole process of getting set up with a counselor was extremely easy. My therapist Kami is great! Very easy to talk to, she has techniques that are specifically designed to fit your needs. I wish I could keep using their services, I'm only stopping due to moving out of state.

I just had my first appointment, and I am happy to say that I have been very thrilled with the entire process from the beginning. Ever since initially reaching out, I heard back within a day from the office and they were very quick in helping me find a therapist. My insurance isn't covered under most of their therapists, but they were able to work with me and find me an associate who charges a much lower fee and had good availability. My appointment with Emily went SO well and at the end I was left feeling hopeful that maybe I am finally getting the help I need after years of struggling. Very thankful for the communication, assistance, and therapy with this whole process! Shout out to Emily Wilson for being an awesome therapist and Erica Meshell for all the help! :)

Unfortunately the therapist we were hoping to see was leaving the practice. But the staff went above and beyond to respond to our request and send us referrals in the area. My email didn’t go through so they texted to confirm the email and make sure the info got to me. I have read the reviews about horrible communication and I found the exact opposite. T.Allen
