Great guy, he and his staff are very professional.
I'm very impressed with Dr. West and the great staff. Everyone was very kind, thorough & talkative. They answered questions before I had them. They are great with kids and not quick to jump into serious intervention before looking at all possible options. They respect the parents & the kids. Highly recommend.
I have been with Dr. West for many years, and am grateful to have found him! He listens, he is knowledgeable, and he cares about his patients. I had to 'shop around' before I found him, and will be forever grateful that he is my ENT doctor! Allergies kick my behind; he kicks theirs! And his staff - excellent! Attentive, caring, and even have a sense of humor!

I am a big fan of Dr West. He is one of the very few doctors that do Allergy DROPS like everyone in Europe does. Most do not because they would rather collect $$$ every time you go in for a shot. Dr West is kind, compassionate and helpful. He does talk fast so you do kinda need to be paying attention.
He has been dependable and very knowledgeable.
I am rather surprised that some idiot gave him 1 star because a random clerk at some random insurance company had not updated his phone number. Seriously?
What I love about Dr. West is the fact that he is always trying to figure out exactly what your allergies are, how they affect you (in my case my sinuses), and the best way to treat them. He is very thorough, has a great bedside manner and is always trying to unravel the problems. He listens and solves.
