I left the other place and I won't mention names, (Danny at JBC on SH46) after too many mess up / mix ups and being blamed as if it were my fault. I was just tired of it there.
At DBC on Hwy 281 location in Bulverde, my clothes are processed timely, buttons were replaced at no additional cost, unnoticeable stains on my jacket were addressed and I was pleasantly surprised.
Even when I show up late in the evenings for pickup the young lady greets us with a big smile and is cheerful. Service with a Smile! -
