Hawthorne Riverside

I could not recommend this place more highly. Perfectly situated, lovely riverfront/park area, and the homes are cozy yet spacious.

Also their maintenance staff is absolutely the best. Alex was all the way in San Marcos on the weekend when I called him with an emergency issue and he came immediately and got it handled within twenty minutes.

I found this place by accident a year ago. The best decision I ever made! I just finished dropping off my keys and saying good bye 😢 I've never had an apartment complex have such an impact on me. Everyone is great there, such nice sweet people. Jessica and Heather are awesome!! The views from my apartment of the river were so peaceful. Highly highly recommend Hawthorne Riverside. I will miss you!!

I LOVE this apartment community! The view from my apartment is amazing with a constant invitation to stroll the river pathway, or take a dip! My neighbors are kind and quiet. Management and maintenance are courteous and happy to help. Location is so super convenient - I'm on I-35 or downtown New Braunfels in a minute! I'd move here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely love this community. The environment is calm and relaxing. I go out to the river every day that I can to enjoy it. So far everyone has been welcoming and kind. I am so glad I chose this community above all others.
