It's a nice lil place Brauntex Auto but don't go to fast you will zoom right past Brauntex i like the location only because it's like off by itself like in the woods by itself very quite it's kinda creepy at night and early in the morning customer friendly

Had a 7 car pileup on I-35. Took my car to Insurance recommended shop. They totaled it. Decided to keep the car and take it to Matt at Brauntex. He got it all taken care of way less than the other shop did (about 65%). This other shop ProCare Collision in New Braunfels had jacked up the estimate, I’m guessing so that they could buy it themselves fix it up and sell it. The only downfall to Brauntex is time. They are a smaller shop yet so busy. Therefore a small timeframe isn’t realistic.

Matt, the owner, is very friendly and overall my business with Brauntex Auto Body went very great. My vehicle had over 5k in damages and once the shop was finished with my car, it was like nothing ever happened. On top of the fantastic work, he took $500 off of the price because of my patience, and gave me 4 free car washes too. Great experience. 10/10 recommend!

If you want a professional that's willing to take on a challenge, reliable, that doesn't cut corners, who believes in quality results, trustworthy and with good communication skills, this is the place to be. I was so impressed with this company. Matt really took care of me and fixed my car, making it look good as new straight from the manufacturer! I would highly recommend this company by far, so give them the opportunity to take care of you. No one wants to go through the stress of having your vehicle damaged and then to go to a subpar auto body repair shop. With this company, you'll feel at ease knowing that you are in good hands and your vehicle repair will reflect just that.

I rear ended a car with my front right side of my 2018 VW Passat. Brauntex was recommended by my father-in-law since they'd fixed his Ford Explorer and his youngest daughter's Land Rover previously. They were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me an estimate for the work before my insurance adjuster even saw it and they were within 5% of what the insurance adjuster quoted even before they took the car apart. They worked hard to find OEM parts and broke down options on OEM New, OEM "like new" and after market. They were able to get everything within the budget provided by insurance even though, of course, insurance quoted all after market parts pricing. In the end, they wrapped up the project on time, within budget and secure OEM parts for the needed items (like the headlight) so the car looks 100% good as new. They even painted a little further than required to make sure there was no noticable difference between the original paint job and the newly installed parts. I cannot recommend this group more if you ever have repairs needed. They really work hard to get your part of the repair as low as possible, especially when paying out of pocket, but also work really well with insurance companies.
