I honestly don’t understand where these negative reviews come from. Personally, I was very satisfied with Dr Lynn Buchanan work approach. She was polite and very professional. My expectations regarding the online appointment were fully met.

My online appointment with Dr. Buchanan was quite fast but effective. She listened to all my health complaints and gave her recommendation. That was exactly what I needed. Plus, I really liked the online format – it was very convenient.

Lynn Buchanan was able to win me over, I felt comfortable during the appointment. That was really important for me and, I believe, helped to make the correct diagnosis and choose the therapy.

I've seen complains here that appointments usually don't last long enough to satisfy some clients, but I wasn’t looking for a psychologist here.
