The guys who came by today were great. They showed up when they said the would and replaced the belt on my spin bike in 20 minutes and were paid and out the door in another 10. Totally worth the cost for how efficient they were.

Nordictrack sent a console replacement for a warranty issue with our treadmill we but could not figure out how to install the new console unit. Fitness Machine Technicians to the rescue! The guys were very nice and professional. They also really knew their stuff and were able to complete the console installation in under an hour! They also made a minor belt adjustment and inspected the electronics as an added perk. I will definitely call again for future treadmill maintenance and repairs.
