  Michael K. came out and found the solution to my problem quickly. The also found a very serious problem with the ancient shut off valve to the water to the house saving me a multitude of future problems. Having to wait for another day for the city to shut off my water, they didn't charge me for the first day. They worked quickly, efficiently and with excellent knowledge. Great customer service and price!!

  I am rating Quarter Moon Plumbing 5 stars although my toilet and plumbing is not completely fixed now, with the assistance of Adam, Ronald, Pablo, and his assistant they have diagnosed the problem and advised a plan to fix the problem.

  I have been using Quarter Moon Plumbing for years. Last project was to replace two (yep I have two water heaters in my attic) water heaters. That was 4 years ago.
  This year I did the annual drain on the water heaters and one of the gate valves would not function. I could not cut off the water at the water heater. I had asked for ball valves on the new water heaters 4 years ago for that reason.
  Mind you this is 4 years out. I called Quarter Moon and they sent over a man to take a look.(Michael) Thought I was going to get charged for the valve replacement and labor BUT the licensed plumber said the that the valves should have been ball valves when the water heaters were installed. No charge!
