  Chris and Chuck were great instructors. They're logical, level headed dudes, exactly the type people that need to be instructing gun owners. Even if Chuck did shame my aim ;)

  Love these guys and their classes! I took 2 of their classes and even brought my dad with me to one. They are very approachable, knowledgeable, and take safety and fun to blend it into an environment conducive to learning. I can’t see myself going anywhere except here! The entire staff really does make you feel like family.

  Great class with exceptional instructors! Made it ease to learn and remember with good videos as aids. Nervous at first thought of taking a test but by test time felt confident! It was a fun as well as interesting education class. Thank y'all for all your help!

  What a great experience!!! Tactical Safety Institute exceeded our every expectation! They helped us set up a private women's class. Most were complete novices and they were extremely patient and explained things thoroughly! We all left excited about our handguns and knew found knowledge!! Could not have been a better experience!! Highly recommend!!!

  Today was an amazing day with nine other special ladies. We conquered our fears, got over the jitters and actually shot guns! We had a Basic Weapons Training Class with Chris and Chuck at Tactical Safety Institute. First of all, I was really dragging my feet about attending. But basically being a true FOMO(Fear Of Missing Out) I knew I had to go just so I could see what it was all about. Well, Chris and Chuck just “handled” us all expertly and so professionally. They talked in gun lingo so down to earth that we all understood each time they explained gun safety and technical details about guns. What I really noticed was how even though the sample unloaded guns they used obviously were not armed, they still handled them as if they were loaded. As they checked each of our guns that we brought in they so carefully made sure they were safe and unloaded for us. It may be a basic thing for those who know guns, but for newbies like myself I really noticed how cautious they were. They each made us feel comfortable in the classroom so no question was dumb or no one was hurried to try and get it. They patiently went over instructions so we were ready to go out to the range. Once at the range the safety continued and all precautions and instructions were done to enhance our confidence but with Safety First. Chris and Chuck again were patient with us as we shook, got sweaty and tested our nerves handling our guns for the first time with live ammo. Their repetitive teaching in the classroom finally made sense on the range. Step by step by step we fired those weapons and felt actually pretty proud of ourselves. I was surprised I even hit the target at all. But their reminders of check the sight and trust it and slowly squeeze the trigger (like a lemon) actually worked and paid off. I am simply thrilled that I took this class with these obviously experienced, knowledgeable and talented guys. It’s one thing to be a good shooter but it takes more than that to be able to TEACH how to shoot. These guys have it down pat. They’ve earned my utmost respect and I will be back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
