Awesome customer service from the moment I walk in! My facial was on point and Elly was very knowledgeable about the service and products being used and offered great suggestions. I go at least once a month if not more for relaxing me time. Can’t say enough great things about this particular Massage Heights!
I had to place my wife into a rehab facility because it got to where I could no longer take care of her without risk of her falling. I'm so glad that I found THE HEIGHTS OF BULVERDE. They were instrumental in helping me get my wife's Medicaid started and once she was admitted I discovered just how efficient and caring the work staff were, and my wife just loves it there..I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of such a place.

They take great care of my mother! Debra in laundry is the sunshine in the facility! She loves the residents and greets me, as a family member, everytime I see her. I do have to say that no one else will even look up and say hello. But I still will give the facility 5 stars.
Today was a good day!! Paul the nurse was amazing. I have been trying to get a bed sore seen about on my mother in-law for 3 days the other nurses couldn’t be bothered with it on the other shifts. Paul was quick to treat it took pictures and treated her with sweetness and dignity!!
