Absolutely love them, would give 10 starts if it’d let me! Getting heading aides was a life changer for my tinnitus and hearing loss.

They were very kind, attentive and worked to configure them to what was comfortable to me. You couldn’t pay me to go to somebody else!

I have worn hearing aids for longer than I can remember. Last pair was from online company and that was a joke. What I never realized until I saw Dr. King was that I had only had sound amplification, not true hearing aids.

She fitted me with Widex 440 series and there is no way to describe afterward. I actually called the office two days later and told them that it was like they gave me part of my life that had been missing for 50+ years. No one can describe the emotion of hearing things I can never remember hearing and hearing what people were actually saying rather than having to guess. Three weeks later, I am still emotional. The app on the iPhone is so phenomenal and allows me such flexibility.

I can never thank Dr. King enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and compassion are unmatched. She came across like a good neighbor, best friend, etc. and the comfort level was unbelievable. This is one business that cares more about you and your needs, not just selling a product.

They did a good job cleaning my ears.

Excellent service. Dr. King was more interested in me than in selling hearing aids. Because of my condition, she recommended that I see an ENT because proper treatment may restore my hearing. If not, she'll be there to help me out with the best hearing aid for me. Thanks again for your help and care and like you said: "I hope I don't see you again in the office" 😊
