Crunch Fitness - Addison

Have been a gym goer most of my life and a proud member of Crunch Addison for the past 6 years and seems to have improved exponentially over the past year and a half under new management.

This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Has absolutely every piece of equipment any one would ever need and much more. The maintenance on the machines is also top notch.

Lastly, I couldn't complete my review with out stating how friendly and helpful all of the staff are. Shout out to Chad, the manager, for creating such a great environment for the customers and Juan for being such an awesome assett to the Crunch team.

I've been going here for about 6 months and the staff is super friendly and probably the best part about the gym. They also have a variety of equipment and their memberhsip prices are cheap for the amount of machines they have.

Some other people leaving reviews complained about the gym's flexible mask policy but I say don't go to a gym if you have an issue with that, or at least look around when you're touring the gym and see if people are wearing them.

Awesome customer service. I had issues with a balance that was overdue. I transferred my account to a different location in Corpus Christi and the location in CC didn’t do the transfer correctly. So I was getting double charged. I spoke to Juan the GM and he was great help.

He took time to understand the situation and asked all the right questions. He was able to work with me and get everything done promptly. This was an awesome gym but I’m giving 5 stars because it’s not only gym that counts it’s the people who run it. Thank you Juan! Crunch fitness is lucky to have you

My favorite gym of all time. Management and staff could not be better or more client/customer oriented. Always look forward to my workout at Crunch Addison. I am so lucky that my prior gym shutdown and I came back to Crunch Addison!
