Great customer service and fast repair, dropped off for two tool one of witch they said would take four weeks before they could get to it, I called today on my lunch break both of them are ready for pick up I had to have the person repeat what they said. I was shock

Had an issue with the head on my DeWalt string trimmer. Stopped in and explained my issue and they gave me a new replacement head on the spot with no questions asked! Great customer service...

I ordered desperately needed parts (the darn bolt) on Tuesday and it was in my hand on Wednesday. Thank you very much for your prompt service; better and faster than my online order placed on Sunday, which I still have not received yet.

I am grateful that I found this place and that the service was above and beyond. SAM took care of me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. She was courteous and willing to listen to my needs. I had 2 batteries that I was having issues with them. She was able to look up that they were still under warranty and able to replace them, FREE OF CHARGE. Wow!!! I felt such a relief that I didn't have to hassle with home depot anymore. I will now come here and get all my Dewalt products. Thank you Sam and the service center for making my experience a great 1.
