Advanced Nerve & Health DFW

My husband has suffered from neuropathy for the last 5-10 years. Hard to tell when it really began. This last year he has really lost the ability to walk faster than a snail’s pace. He had every neurological test known to man and the results were that he has neuropathy and there is no cure. He had 4 months of physical therapy but was released because they said he was too strong now to have neuropathy.
He continued to sit in his recliner most of his waking hours. He had been laying in it for the past couple years until I finally I tied up the chair underneath with a zip tie so it would not recline! Also, he had not hit bottom yet and was not ready to get better.
The first week of June, I saw Dr. Bao Thai, DC of Advanced Nerve and Health Center on Good Morning America and asked my husband if he wanted to give it a try. He actually made the appointment which was a shock. Today marks exactly two weeks of being on the diet. He has had 5 treatments in the doctor office and he does his treatments at home twice a day without me reminding him.
Every time we go into the office, the doctors tease my husband about how fast he is walking. Last Thursday he walked from one treatment room to another without his cane. He told me to grab his cane for him and I walked behind, cane in hand, trying to catch up to him. He is now walking in a regular stride…still slow but at least he is walking in a regular stride. He still gets tired after walking but he is getting there.
This morning was the real kicker! I do not normally sleep late on a Sunday but I did not wake up until almost 10:30. I was sleeping so soundly that I did not know when my husband had gotten up. As I got out of bed, I noticed that he wasn’t in bed but the light was on in the restroom so I just figured that is where he was. The big surprise was when I walked into the kitchen. My husband was standing there, dressed, and with breakfast prepared! That has not happened since I returned home after major back surgery 7 months ago!
We still have a long way to go but the changes that I have seen in only two weeks are nothing short of a miracle. I am very proud of him but more importantly he is proud of the changes.

I came into the office to be treated for pain in my hands. After a few short visits my hands had considerably less pain and I was able to move my fingers. The medical team treated me like one of the family. I got the best attentive care. So thankful that there is a place that I can go that cares about me getting well, S. Reedy
