I've been coming to this establishment for 2 years and they always have great customer service. Their prices are compatible with other repair shops. I feel comfortable knowing I'm getting Ford quality parts by trained technicians and the vehicle is being taken care of and getting repaired properly. The service manager Ken is great and wants to make the customers happy. I highly recommend using Sam Pack Five Star Ford for any of your purchasing or service needs.
Laura was probably the best sales person I have ever experienced in buying a car. Responsive, not pushy, honest in what she said and making sure the deal matched what we talked about, and overall just a joy to work with. Tommy the sales manager was just as pleasant and honest. I have been in many auto dealerships around the country... some good, some not so good. My experience today at 5 star Ford is, by far, the best I've had at any dealership! From the warm hello and welcome I received from all I passed to Derek Wallets personable and professional attention, I felt a good energy here. Derek truly wanted to help me find a car and he did. I really enjoyed the process with Jared at Sam Pack who was extremely knowledgeable and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. If you get the option work with Jared Wingard if looking to buy a new or used Ford. The only complaint I would have is related to the opportunity to purchase some nice accessories when picking up my Bronco. Come to find out the accessories were running at least 100% more expensive than if had simply ordered them through Ford including install to have delivered to the dealer. I think this is something you could improve - especially for something buying a car from you - at least charge the same price that Ford supports.
