Excellent sales service from very knowledgeable staff. They very carefully explained everything about the vacuum. It is a smallish space, but they make very good use of it!

Latch was broken on my upright. They repaired it while I was there. Cost $10. Knowledgeable staff. They sell filters. No need searching for help or waiting in the big box stores. Patronize small business for big payoff.

Nathan really helped us out and we strongly recommend going here for your vaccum, he walked us through replacing parts and what it means when certain parts are made of certain materials. He also recommended a great brand that seems like it is pretty durable. 10/10 love this local business.

The guy I dealt with was great. He was honest and very helpful. Seemed very knowledgable! He gave me a suggestion to try and fix my vacuum at home and...it worked! I didn't even need to spend any money. I recommend this place for any vacuum repairs you need!

Went in because I thought I needed a new belt. He immediately took the vacuim & discovered I had pushed a foot lever that caused the rollers to stop running when vacuuming. He was forthright, took time to teach me, never mentioned selling me a "better" one, sold me a new filter at my request for $10, & carried vacuum out for me. Excellent service. I own an inexpensive Hoover, but that didn't matter to him. He treated my vacuum as if it were the most expensive one in the world. 5 stars & kudos!
