  A short drive from Dallas city center but well worth it. Tucked away in a quiet industrial park, they’ve got a great facility. I’d love to have the tour other reviewers have mentioned but if the waiting area is any indication of the type of shop they run, it’s immaculate. I came here for an alignment and waited while they finished. Took a reasonable amount of time and was done for a very reasonable fee. If (when) I have any other issues with my S4, this is where I’m taking it. The service manager isn’t pushy at all and will only advise you on what your car needs done.

  Wonderful shop that is honest and will get it done right the first time. Working with John, I took my GTI here to get wheels and springs installed along with an alignment. They got me done in 4 hours and even washed my car for me. Definitely bring your European car here because they know what they're doing.

  I went to Blair automotive and worked with Brian, he has a great knowledge of BMWs and can diagnose prior to seeing the issue. He was very helpful in discussing how to talk to the dealership about an issue and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what I needed to do. He is a great resource at Blair Automotive!

  I took my BMW in and had a wonderful experience! I would recommend this repair place over any other local BMW repair places and dealership, since I have been to most of them. As a long time owner of BMW's, I wish I had found this shop sooner because there was not a long wait time to get my car looked at. They diagnosed my car the same day and even took care of a lift ride for me to go back home. They have a nice waiting area that I only sat in a minute. Brian was very attentive and professional, even though I don't know anything about mechanics, he explained everything so I understood what I needed to do! The customer service is better than the dealership and of course so are the labor costs. I also had interaction with the owner and he is very kind. The area where they work on the cars is clean and the mechanics have A/C. So no worries about anyone getting grease on your car. The location is also very safe, no worries about harm to yourself or car. This is my new go to for BMW repairs, no frustrating experiences here!

  New customer gets exceptional service. I moved to the Dallas area and was looking for a trust friendly shop who could service my 911. My service consultant, Brian was great. I was running late to my appointment, but Brian had no issue accommodating my tardiness. Being a first time customer, Brian went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. He showed me around the shop, which gave me a boost in confidence when I saw the shop full of high caliber cars being serviced and the level of investment that is obvious in their facility. The service was completed in a very reasonable time and exactly to my liking.
  Brian went over the details of the service with me, he was very comprehensive in his engagement, but never pushy about getting more done, I appreciate that.
  I will be a return customer for sure.
