PHO #One & Sushi House

Good experience for first time here! Friendly staff, food came out quick and sushi made fresh! Nicely decorated.

Pho broth was pretty good. The rib-eye sushi was interesting. Would definitely go back!!

- The customer service was awesome! They seated me almost right away. Took my order within 5 minutes. I got my appetizer within 10 minutes of being seated. I ordered the spring rolls and the peanut sauce was delicious. Everything was great except for the, I assume lettuce, but it had the texture of spinach so I don’t know. The possible spinach wasn’t crisp and fresh but the shrimp, noodles, carrots etc made up for it.

My meatball pho was delicious. It was hot and the broth was so tasty. The toppings were great, fresh cilantro, and the sprouts were nice and crisp.

- downside the lime was old and hard to squeeze, and the jalapeños looked old as well.

- I ate until I was full because the pho was soo good. The waitress checked in on me to see how I was doing. Also two other staff members checked in as well. They were very attentive and kind. I really appreciated that.

I would highly recommend this place. Only thing I can say needs improvement is the fresh ingredients. The jalapeño, limes, and whatever green was used in the spring roll needs to be fresh. Making improvements there would heighten the enjoyment of the experience.

Also I had a smoothie, which makes my mouth water just thinking about it now. It was so sweet and refreshing. I loved it.

Overall I enjoyed the food. I enjoyed my drink. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go back.

I have been here at least 4 or 5 times and am so glad a Vietnamese restaurant is on this side of town. The food is always fresh and service is fairly quick! We have had the potstickers, egg rolls, Pad Thai, Vermicelli cool noodles, which are my favorite and their sushi. The inside is spacious and decorated nicely.

First time to there was today. My mother in law liked it! Pricing was fair. Food was very tasty and fresh. Large servings, one being enough for two people. It is a Vietnamese restaurant. Decor was opulent, royal and creative. Service was genuine and friendly. We go back and this time try the sushi.

New location and wow so good! The broth is very tasty. We taste pho is many places and respectfully the key is that each location does have their own broth. I found this one to be very flavorful, only nit pick is that the noodle to meat ratio seemed off (a ton of noodles and less meat than other places)but I would still get it again. One waitress was working and seemed very pleasant. She didn't communicate much with us at all so I am assuming they were people she knows. Not holding it against her because she worked that room with quite a few guests. The sushi was good. We didn't get any specialty rolls but had to try a basic one for quality. Very good. We can't wait to come back and try more.

P.S. I saw other plates and those portions are huge and looked great!
