I wanted to find a local collision shop to get an estimate for repairs. I contacted Proper Automotive, spoke with Gabe about getting an estimate to fix my husband truck. He was very professional and within a few hours I had an estimate. We submitted the information to the insurance company and by the end of the week I was dropping the truck off for repairs. During an arctic winter storm Gabe completed the repairs. Our truck looks amazing. We will definitely be using and recommending for future needs. Thank you so much Gabe!

Gabe and his wife Jill were the best. I met Jill through the marketplace and she gave me her husbands shop info bc I needed to get my front end fixed through insurance. I called him and he was immediately a familiar sounds. He assured me of all the things he was doing, how the insurance works and guided me in the right direction as to what I should expect from my insurance company as well.
He uses quality products and follows all necessary guidelines to fix the job properly and efficiently.
He drove me to enterprise to pick up rental. He offered to come get me from enterprise when the job was done.
I even opted to have him fix a really bad door ding that was unrelated to the insurance claim. You can’t even tell where it was! It was perfect!
He’s very knowledgeable about all things car related- so just the simple questions I had about the mechanics of my car he answered effortlessly too.
I’ll definitely come back if I need more work done to my car.

Gabe did a phenomenal job with the paint work on my motorcycle. We discussed my vision and he executed beyond my wildest dreams! I received update photos and could tell by the prep work that the finished product would be amazing. The quality of work is exceptional and the attention to detail is purely flawless.
