(June 16, 2022, 2:40 pm)John was amazing!!!!! We stayed on the phone over 3 hours checking for health insurance since the enrollment period was over. I succeeded on getting a health insurance plan that was not ACA plan and still uses same doctors I been going to before! Really helpful and respectful. I Processed a lot of information but, I actually understood it thanks to him! Even kept a brochure from insurance so I can always look back and even call John if have any questions before a visit or anything. Very satisfied!!!

We were quite clueless when it came to all the various plans offered, what to choose, and how to apply, especially as new residents of Texas. We called Jon and he helped us find a plan that was affordable, yet beneficial to our needs. He took his time explaining, was so kind, made sure to answer all of our questions, and even made a house call to ensure we could get everything straightened out for us. We can't recommend him enough!
