We love Dr. Mac, his wife and their sweet dog!
Dr. Mac cares so much about your kids and takes the time to talk with us (new parents to a 4 month old) with any question we have. His wife runs the front office and is incredibly efficient and is so kind. When our daughter was ready to be discharged out of NICU, she was so helpful in making sure we had our appointment within 24 hours of leaving the hospital. I didn’t have any of my paperwork prepped as I had planned before delivery, and she was so great in getting us set up in their system.
Now four months in, we can always get in when needed, and our appointments are always on time.
I was referred to Dr.Mac by a college friend and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a kind, caring and patient doc. I don’t need the apps and text features to know he is a brilliant doc with a caring heart.
Both of my kids go to Dr. Mac since they were born. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a caring pediatrician. He is truly there to listen and not to just move on to the next patient .
We are first time parents. Words cant describe how much we appreciate Dr. Macs patience for us and our little baby. We are currently the call the dr for every cold kind of parents and he has just assured us that we are doing a great job every step of the way. His wife is also incredibly helpful. She is always willing to resolve all of our insurance hiccups so that we dont have to worry about it. It is always a great experience for our family (except for the being sick part lol).
My family has been seeing Dr Mac for many many years. We love him and he is great. Nurse Sharon was the best also! The only complaint and its so small , who ever she was that has answered the phone can tend to be a little on the rude side but not that often. My daughter loves him . He is a wonderful Dr !
