  I am not a Person that is used to give reviews , but in this case I’m doing it because based on my experience I’ve had a great experience since I live at this apartments . The management staff ( Patty, Arely and Sandra ) is excellent and capable, maintenance team(Andres , Mario and Jose)as well. Patty is doing a great job leading both teams ( management and maintenance). I’m sure the are doing the best they can to have happy all the residentes .thank you

  This is a great ,neat and safe location to live, very centrally located too
  Maintenance response on work orders is on POINT, usually fast and efficient
  great park and friendly neighbors
  
  Patty, the property manager takes her time to listen to her residents ,means to me that she understands complaints can become opportunities,can be opportunities for growth.
  
  Ariel the assistant manager has always been helpful
  
  Sandra,the leasing professional is the one we see right when we walk in the office .Sandra
  is amazing,very genuine ,great attitude and assuring .Sandra knows how to avoid residents from making follow up calls as she will respond to your concerns sooner than later,she is Amazing,very efficient
  
  the only thing I would say some of us have concerns about is the new towing system where we need to have our guests sign in their cars up on the towing website or else their vehicles will be towed.some guests find that very inconveniencing .Also we can not have the same guest come with same vehicle for more than 3 consecutive days as the system will decline the parking request,someone visiting ,does not mean they live here .I sometimes visit /stop by same friend's house,every day if I need to,does not mean I live there .There should be another way of doing this.seems like the towing company is the one that is mostly benefiting from this new system and is benefiting from the residents
  
  all in all,this is a great ,peaceful and clean community to live .walking distance to Kroger ,CVS,2 elementary schools etc

  Sandra Soto is an efficient, skilled and helping person. We enjoyed her sincere service and we are 100% satisfied by her efficient service. We wish her all the best in her career. We thank the management for giving us excellent service through Sandra Soto.

  The staff was very helpful when I moved in here. The apartment is very clean and only one thing was not to my standards but they are getting it fixed right away. My car door was once left open overnight and nothing was stolen or broken. It is a very safe environment. I very much recommend moving here!

  After looking at 3 other apartment complexes to call home. I think I found my perfect match, really loved the area! this is perfect for me and my daughter. Sandra was so nice and helpful!! She explained everything to me. The other places had attitudes and made it seem like I was unwelcome. Sandra really made it seem like I was at home! Thank you so much, will definitely move in!
