Buckner Terrace Animal Clinic

This is going to be somewhat lengthy but I think this practice deserves. In December of 2022, just two days after christmas, we had to put my first baby down. He was having a lot of behavior issues and medical issues that ultimately led to him injuring my toddler. I was devasted to say the least as I had him since he was 12 weeks old. Dr. Norris team was compassionate, understanding, and non judgemental. I of course was a wreck and they had the most compassion, Alyvia (sorry babes if I spelled it wrong) and Courtney were so sweet. In May of 2023, my husband showed up with a puppy (he knew my heart needed this). Our new puppy is a complete spaz, but they love him none the less. It has been a breeze scheduling follow ups for vacs, and for concerns. Well as puppies do, he hurt himself. BAD. Ended up needing a pretty expensive and extensive surgery. They were fantastic through out the entire thing. Explained everything clearly. Loved on him wonderfully. Our course two days after surgery he reinjured himself. I called (frantic) and they didnt have any open appointments but offered to let me drop him off and in between patients would see him and observe and see if anything needed to be done. When i say I will NEVER take any animal anywhere else I mean it. I just cannnot say enough about Dr. Norris and his team, especially the two ladies mentioned above. I just really really love this practice and am so thankful that both of my furbabies have been in such amazing hands.

Fast and kind. I picked them because they were nearby and responsive to email. Most vets are terrible with email, even if they have a form on their website for making appointments online, most either never respond or respond with a phone call a couple days later. These folks consistently respond to email the same day and via email rather than a phone call.

I've taken one of my dogs in twice for minor maladies, an ear infection and an infected foot injury, and he's always happy coming and going, he likes the staff a lot. The last time we were there, they handled a sad and unusual emergency situation quickly and with grace and kindness. They seem like really good folks who care about animals.

Not the cheapest vet around, but far from the most expensive.

My Buddy passed at home he was almost 15. They were so helpful and amazing at helping us with his cremation. I am so grateful for everything they helped me with and on one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

First visit with Dr. Norris. Transferred my 5 pups from another clinic. Nice staff. Efficient. Reasonable fees for all I had done - annuals x 5, one dog's allergies and ear infection, and ProHeart 12 heartworm injection (lasts 1 year) x 5. Excellent.

I have taken both my labs here, and out of every animal clinics this one is by far the best one… they are great with animals and always get your dogs back to feel like themselves again. Thank you Buckner terrace animal clinic.
