Good food but very expensive
Food good ,plenty seating area.
The only thing is they need to improve the doors with handicap push button to open.
2 reviews of Prime Meridian Cafe "This is a great place, very friendly staff, thank you Patrick for all the great information and being so friendly. Love the zoo, the prices are a little high but with our zoo membership it's doable. Food is ok

The Prime Meridian Cafe was very expensive but offered collectable conservation cups with refills that I definitely recommend. Water refills are free. We visited when the Jurassic exhibit was open and really enjoyed it!
Nice day out. Saw lots of great animals. Had a lovely lunch at the Prime Meridian Cafe with friendly staff. Date of experience: August 2017. Ask alydavies about Dallas Zoo.
We didn't eat a meal this time, but usually we eat in the Prime Meridian Cafe and bring along snacks to fill in any gaps. The Children's Zoo area is a must-see for some play time and things to climb on (with a splash park if it is warm enough) and a chance to touch some wildlife and even feed exotic birds.
