Mi-T-Fine Car Wash, Inc

I've used this car wash a few times and recently had an incident where something came off my car during a basic wash. I admittedly didn't repot that day, but went back a few days later to discuss with management. I received a quote of several hundred dollars from my car dealership to fix and was hoping Mi-T-Fine might help cover the cost. Instead, the manager went above and beyond to show me the dealership was incorrect and the piece that fell off was not in fact broken, and snapped back into place perfectly! After spending the better part of an hour making sure everything was attached as expected, the manager was kind enough to give me a free car wash. I truly appreciate the customer service and transparency from this team.

Great experience! I wish I had a way to tip in cash - card users - bring cash with you to tip the hard workers here … there is no atm on location, and everyone here is completely amazing
