I’m so in love the Ring that was personally created for me. Each detail that I wanted was taken into consideration. Rodrick the owner of the company goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are happy. I wanted a ring where the diamond sits low but was also flushed with my eternity band. He customized the ring to every detail I asked for. He is a perfectionist in his work and it shows. Thank you so much for designing my custom ring to perfection.

Highly recommended! We bought our wedding bands here after bouncing around the big chain jewelry stores. We are so happy we found Dallas Exchange Diamond. No sales guys to deal with, only a one-on-one with the owner Roderick who will make sure you're happy with everything.

Because of the big chain store's huge overhead, they can't even come close to Dallas Diamond Exchange's quality and price. And you get the amazing customer service of a small business. Please excuse the pun but this place is a gem

Roderick and team were great at helping me find my dream ring! I went to numerous places trying to find the best deal and Roderick had the best prices in town, with such a great variety! He was really quick and helped me get the ring of my dreams very fast. Him & his team were extremely flexible and had a great schedule as well. Highly recommend! This place is incredible! Roderick, the owner, is so knowledgeable and did an amazing job helping me determine all the specs I wanted for the engagement ring I was looking for. He’s very honest and transparent which was very comforting in trying to make the big decision. The prices are unbeatable if you are trying to get the most bang for your buck. Also, he had the ring made within a week which was a great plus! Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with these guys. Within 5 minutes I was so impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail that I decided these were the guys for the job. They were patient with me as I poured over all the rings they had to offer, and gave me great recommendations based on what I told them I was looking for. They were quick to get my ring ready too.
