Gavin provides a variety of exercise options: free weights, machines, pilates, and many others for a complete custom workout. He provides feedback consistently throughout the workout session which is helpful in gaining maximum benefit.

I have been training with Gavin Jordan for 20 years. I started training with him after my daughter was born to lose the last 10 pounds of baby weight. Not only did I lose that weight but I have maintained it throughout the years with Gavin’s support, encouragement, and knowledge. We have trained with Pilates, weights, circuit training, and kickboxing. Gavin pushes me but always makes it fun as well. He is super reliable and professional and his gym is impeccably clean. He trains my husband as well and we are so grateful to have Gavin as our trainer! I would give him 10 stars if I could!
