  They do second chance check and are open on Sundays which is awesome!! My only complaint is that when I was hospitalized and lost my job I was unable to close my checking account and continuously got charged $35 every time they checked and I did not have more than $100 in my checking account. I proved to them that I was not awake at Parkland Hospital and could not close my account but it was company policy to charge me a fee for six months and then I had to pay the fee with direct deposit in order to get my account back. I have them as my bank still but would not have a bank account if they were not a second chance checking bank so I forgive their fees.

  First branch of First convenience bank that I visit where the cashiers are not angry when serving the customer, Miss Katia Díaz was super friendly.
