Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics

I recently transferred to this location from another Jefferson dental/ortho office and OMG the experiences were complete opposites. The team at the Richardson location, from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctors exude professionalism and care. I’m extremely anxious at the dentist and they put me at ease from start to finish. They answered all of my questions, let me know step by step what they were doing, constantly checking to ensure I was ok during the procedure, and turned an otherwise scary process into a completely bearable one. I am so happy I made the switch. I am going to recommend this location to everyone I know.

Taylor & Dr. Gupta took great care of me everytime I’ve been in here. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and I had to get a root canal which was very intimidating all the way up until she did the procedure. I was quite surprised how easy it was to get through it. Besides a little sensitivity for a few seconds it was painless and quick. If you ask me this office, doctor and assistant are my favorites 10 out of 10 !

Moonah was an amazing DA with a great attitude . I felt very welcome by the staff and the manager there absolutely our does herself each visit I’ve had with them . Every so often I see a new face but the core of the team has remained . The hygienist has such great manners and a very inviting spirit . The doctor was kind as well and prompt with treatment . Can’t wait for my 3 mo cleaning
