The Ridge on Spring Valley Apartments

I helped a friend that just moved to Dallas to find an apartment. Santi was amazing, and a knowledgeable assistant manager. I can’t wait for my lease to be over, so I can always have this superb customer service.

The Ridge on Spring Valley is a very nice, Relaxing atmosphere. I have lived here now for the last 5 months and it has been a very good adjustment. I would Recommend The Ridge on Spring Valley to Those whom seek your daily dose of Tranquility. Come and see for yourself.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. The managers Osmara and Santi have been amazing since they started. Maintenance always resolves my issues same day or following day. The team takes their time to answer my questions and concerns and are willing to help me with any issue I have. Parking is full but i bought a car port and don’t have issues.
I enjoy living here.

I love living here this place is heaven, the manager is Phenomenal awesome. She go all out of her way to help you, she make sure this the place is clean and safe, the only thing l hate is when you’re trying to sleep the neighbors be playing there music so loud around 12:30 midnight when you’re trying to sleep , and sometimes early in the morning other than that this is a beautiful place to live..
