  So I have been seeing Dr Hines since last year 2020 for my lower back & leg pain. When I came to see her I could hardly walk, sit or stand, I was in a horrible shape. I thought I will never get better. Dr Hines & her staff (Elenora) were very supportive & encouraging. Dr Hines sent me out for x-rays, took time to understand my issues & built a rehab plan. She did adjustments and made me do exercises at home that prevented or reduced flare up intensity. Since undergoing this plan, it took a while for the pain to go away but I am off prescription pain meds, off blood pressure medication and my range of motion improved tremendously. Dr Hines takes time to listen and does her Job, she is a great Doctor.I will continue to see Dr Hines for maintenance. I highly recommend her, if you are willing to put in the work. Not forgetting the Dog, Sir Argyle, he helped with Range of Motion with his little ball he made me play with him. Thank y'all so much Dr Hines, Elenora and Argie,

  Love, love, love Dr. Hines! You can tell she's very invested in the well-being of her clients with the entirety of her work.
  
  Not only do you get chiropractic care, but you also get education on your spine and nutritional health and how it all ties into your every day habits.
  
  I love the depth in which she works and how passionate she is about the care and health of every individual patient. The care she gives and knowledge she supplies empowers you to have long term results that last, as long as you put forth the same energy and care for your health that she does.

  Dr. Hines is awesome!! Very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, compassionate, and passionate about helping her patients. I have been seeing her for over a year and she has really helped my nerve pain issue that I initially saw her for. She educates you on your spinal and whole body health and nutrition. I also bring my 4 yr old son to her and have referred my family members. She is great with all ages from newborn on up! Her assistant Ms. Eleonora (Not sure if I spelled it correctly)is awesome. She is very genuine and sweet! She is definitely an asset and fits very well With Dr. Hines. I would definitely highly recommend this chiropractic practice. I have been elsewhere and it definitely doesn't compare to the level of service/care I have received here. I am VERY particular about these things because I have worked in Healthcare since the age of 15. After a previous bad permanently painful experience at a previous Chiropracter I was terrified of them but also had little hope left of resolving my pain. I had been to my medical doctors and got expensive treatments that only provided temporary relief. This was my last resort and I wished it was my first one. It would have saved me MANY painful days and nights AND thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Ahead of the Curve Chiropractic

  I came to Ahead of the Curve about three months ago. I had excruciating heel and lower back pain. I was expecting my experience to just be a one-day thing; I come in, they pop my back and I leave. But when I went into Dr. Hines’ office, she taught me that healing takes time. And that makes total sense. So we did some x-rays, and when she showed me the subluxations in two of the curvatures of my spine, I remembered I had had a neck injury at age 15. So, Dr Hines explained, my pain possibly began because of that and other factors (like my sleeping position, etc), and since this happens over time, healing also takes time. I’ve been going to sessions for three months now, and at first I was a little frustrated, but today I see that my heel pain is gone, lower back pain comes and goes but it’s not as excruciating as before. I still have a few months ahead of therapy, but I’m already seeing results and I’m very happy about it. Now I’m able to perform better at work and I’ve even seen changes in my sleeping patterns! (I sleep better!) Dr. Hines is very caring, and takes her own time to explain to her patients about their own progress. Also, Jade is very helpful and sweet. Both always welcome you with a smile and interesting advice to improve your life. I definitely recommend coming to Ahead of the Curve if you want to change your life.

  Dr. Hines is a wonderful chiropractor who truly cares about the health of her patients. She goes above and beyond basic chiropractic care and addresses the whole person. She has taken such good care of our whole family and we have seen such great results that we've never seen under chiropractic care elsewhere. Our toddler was first adjusted when just a few days old and every time we see positive results for each of his issues within days. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
