(June 10, 2022, 7:10 pm)We usually avoid chopped beef sandwiches at our go-to barbecue spots (Franklin, Cattleack, Snow's) and order a pound of fatty brisket, but the brisket in this sandwich was sublime! It was a perfect combination of smokiness, fatty/lean meat, with marbled bits throughout, and fantastic seasoning. Their sandwich should be twice the current price, which at $6, including chips and 2 bottled waters, is a steal. Head to Oak Cliff, as soon as y'all can!
