Brad Nance Cheap Lawyer

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Brad Nance, Attorney. He is professional, knowledgeable of the Law and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Case in point: My brother-in-law was on his deathbed with only days to live. He realized that he needed to make major changes to his original Will. Brad thoughtfully took time from his busy schedule to get the job efficiently handled - with little time to spare. This involved interrupting his scheduled appointments and court appearances to make this happen so that my brother-in-law could pass away in peace.
Additional experience: I was told from another lawyer that I needed legal assistance with getting deeds of buildings recorded with the County that were left to me by my Mother. I contacted Brad. He honorably and selflessly said that I did not need to spend money for a lawyer to handle, as I had all of the proper paperwork. I do not know another Attorney that would be as thoughtful, considerate, genuinely honest and fair. I have more legal matters that need attention and I would not consider using any other Lawyer. Brad Nance is a superior Attorney and exceptional human being.
