It is extremely hard and rare to come by a shop nowadays that does business to their standard. My 2016 ProStar was derated -because of what I assumed was the QLS Sensor-and I couldn’t get it into the shop for them to take a look at it. I was transferred to Brandon and we were able to arrange for a mobile tech to come out and take a look at it. Long story short, they were able to properly diagnose, get the warrantied part approved through NTP, and fix the real issue. I was back rolling in 2 days. Big shouts out to Brandon, Pete, and forgive me but I forgot the other technician’s name lol. I will be back for any further issues that may arise. Thanks gentlemen!
