  First I have to say that Wendy is one of the nicest people I have met and she is great with your customers. She was super helpful and always has a smile on her face and always so polite.
  
  The facility itself is a bit odd. The new side is perfectly fine and what I would expect from a storage facility. The old side that is roughly 4 floors high is in dire need of an update. I have never experienced a storage facility with hallways that narrow and one that has binged doors instead of roll-up doors. It makes it incredibly difficult to get larger items in there.
  
  If you deal with Wendy and you are on the new side then I would have to give 5 stars. Wendy as a person is 5 stars. The old building.....maybe 2 stars.

  We have had 2 storage units at Public Storage for over 15 years and finally downsized to 1 unit last year. The only reason we stay at this particular location is because of Wendy. She has always gone above and beyond excellent customer service. Wendy is very professional, patient and willing to help out in any way she can. It's very obvious she cares about all her customers. She does an outstanding job keeping the place extremely clean. Wendy- THANK YOU for all your help, we greatly appreciate it!!!!!!

  Connie provided outstanding customer service. She was patient and understanding. She made sure I could understand the policies and procedures. Connie also made sure we followed the safety guidelines She is a great asset to Public Storage. Thanks to her I am willing to recommend this store. Both employees work as a team and it was nice to see that.

  Today, Wendy was a life safer for myself and my husband. We called first to get information about rental storage spaces and we were greeted with such professionalism and kindness. My husband then went to physically view the facility and storage space and he was welcomed and given all the information needed to make a decision on the storage space and size by Wendy. I then came to the office later and was treated so warmly by Wendy. I want to say, thank you Wendy for your selfless service when it comes to serving customers. Also, Wendy... my husband and I thank you for making our rental experience easy, enjoyable and pleasant...
  
  If anyone is looking for rental storage space, this is the place to come... I promise you... You will not be disappointed.. And, lastly, the prices are really reasonable... Thank you Wendy for really and truly caring about the customers and providing 100% excellent and awesome customer service....!!!
