My wife and I called Lakeside after putting in an offer on a property that we were intending to purchase. We had a short option period, which meant a short turnaround time to get the property inspected and get estimates/quotes from contractors. We were able to speak directly with Jason, who dropped what he was doing and came out the same day to provide us with an inspection and estimate for the property's roof. Jason was incredibly patient, answered all the questions we had, and made sure we understood everything. He was incredibly accommodating, understood the importance of our timetable, and provided us with a VERY REASONABLE written estimate to forward along to the seller later the same day. Would not hesitate to call him again or to recommend him to friends or family.

We used Lakeside Roofing for a huge home project — we live in a 1912 craftsman home and after spending the winters with zero insulation in our walls we decided to put a good amount of investment into increasing the longevity, environmental impact and comfort of our home. Lakeside gave us an incredible quote for removing our original siding, putting up insulation along with insulating boards, relaxing all of our windows and then all new hardie board siding. They worked quickly and yet with a lot of caution as they did the demo. One of the most impressive things for me was how they left the job site each day— honestly it looked better than when it was before! They cleaned up so well and left zero debris after each work day! Another impressive feature of Lakeside was how they managed all the imperfections and challenges that come with renovating a 100+ year old house. They made the exterior look so clean and streamline that even six months post the project I am getting cars slowing down in front of our house to admire the job and passerbys yelling a compliment as they stroll through the neighborhood.

Now we are just waiting for the next big storm so we can use Lakeside to replace our roof and finish off the incredible work they have already done! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
