Watermark Urgent Care was wonderful to us. We took our 15 month old for a laceration and they treated us so well. From the front desk staff to the clinicians. Everyone was great and they did such a good job treating my son. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

I'm not much of a review leaving kind of person however Katy, the NP, that helped me at this facility really needs to be recognized. She was very kind to me. I really enjoyed having someone to speak to that just genuinely cared and had any interest in what I had to say. I'm in a rough spot in a state I know not one person and lost my way to make a living due to the pandemic. For her to help me without any strings attached really means quite a lot to me. I feel very guilty as in speaking with her I forgot to give her the $10 donation they asked for. For this place to ask so little for the help they have given me and for me to forget is inexcusable. I hope one day I am again very financially secure so I can make a sizable donation to this clinic so it may help someone else in a rough spot. I see a few other reviews of this place, people complaining on having to wait for long periods or that they don't care. I know these people care. Especially Katy. And to complain for having to wait to be seen by a medical professional for a sum of next to nothing is ungrateful. Consider your wait time sweat equity as without these people you would have little to no option for your medical needs. I'm sure they could have chosen a different place to work however felt it necessary to serve us, the unfortunate. I'm a nobody and my opinion means little to anyone, however hopefully my words of gratitude might mean something to Katy and the rest of the staff here. Thank you.

I had such a pleasant experience here. From the effective and kind triage experience with Petra, to the personable and humorous intake from Matt, to the AMAZINGLY caring, detailed, and thorough experience with Jennifer, all the way to experiencing Brittany's patience in making sure that my ear was indeed feeling better; what a HUGE blessing to be seen by such an awesome team who genuinely cares and takes care of business. Highly recommended! Hopefully I don't have to return, but if I do, I know that I'm in good hands. Thank you Watermark team and church for being the hands and feet of Jesus! Much love! 💜
