I have a great long-time Chiropracter, worked with a very good young PT at ATI recently and have a friend who is a fabulous massage therapist. All of them have worked with me on some serious back pain issues and I’ve had varying degrees of success with each of them after a series of visits. Last night I shuffled into Pilates Unlimited for a private session with Karen Sanzo and walked out with a normal gait and taller to boot. This was after a session of assisted and tiny, tiny movements. Karen has years of experience as a PT with the additional advantage of deep study as a Pilates teacher and teacher trainer. She is a master of movement!
