Brandy was great. Very helpful and attentive. The company in the other hand... expect to pay $40 minimum the first month. (Not including lock)

Brandy has to be the most awesome person ever. I have had a storage at this location since 2016 and everyone has always been great. My things have always been safe. This month was a tough month but Brandy helped me out so much!

In times of trouble strife and anxiousness "Keep calm and carry on" there is always a bright light out there to help you through and remind you that people care and are nice to be around. The most recent example of this in my world is "Helen" at my storage unit facility that I utilize over by Love Field airport. Helen is a bright light for me during our interactions and when I depart Im better off and happier for it. Thanks Helen keep smiling, you make a difference.

HELEN was very helpful with my needs for a large storage unit. She contacted me may times, and was very pleasant in person.

Stopped in to buy some boxes and Morgan helped me out. She was very personable and efficient. She assured me that if I do not use my boxes that they will buy them back. The boxes seem to be very well made. Thank you Public Storage for having employees like Morgan around.
