Taylor Metzger is simply outstanding. I have been a trainee for several years now and he has taken me from a 70lb overweight, unmotivated has-been into the best shape of my life in my mid-30s. I am the strongest I have ever been. I am the leanest I have ever been. I am in the best cardio shape I have ever been in. And did I mention I am all of these at the same time? And all naturally! I've been training with Taylor and Kat at Butchered Bodies since May 2018. They are without a doubt some of the best trainers in North Texas. They will push you and make sure you constantly challenge yourself physically and mentally - to become stronger for next time and that's what it takes to improve yourself.

My previous experience was seeing the bulls**t trainers at 24 Hour Fitness, LifeTime Fitness, or LA Fitness. No BS movements here. Taylor and Kat are knowledgeable, experienced, and just good people.
