  My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights this past week. I would of given 5 Stars but we had an unpleasant experience with the night auditor front desk employee. The management quickly responded to our issues and was very receptive to our experience as I did share with what happened. The hotel is very clean. It does not have a heated pool and does not come with a complimentary breakfast. When we get back to the Dallas area, it is a hotel we would use again. The beds are very comfortable.

  Outstanding room, atmosphere, decor, comfort, and service. Google has the entrance upon arrival incorrect. Follow the road further around for check in. The restaurant and bar are exceptional. Order the wings and discuss specialty cocktails with the experienced and knowledgeable staff, Fleat will know what you want. ASK FOR HIM!!! The room was beautiful, smelled wonderful, was clean and the view was exactly what we hoped for. Perfect close location to shopping mall Galleria and local eateries and nightlife. But no need to leave the hotel with the night bar staff available. You'll not regret this choice.

  We stayed here for a weekend trip and had no complaints! The room was nice and spacious, room service was absolutely AMAZING and the drinks at the bar were so strong and worth it after a long day! We also found it on Groupon so that was a perk and we will definitely book it again.

  During some storms we had awhile back, we came here with our family to get away from the blunt of it and we were really pleased with the service. The staff was always very courteous and always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is pretty good for hotel breakfasts and their lounge had a lot of amenities. Super cold lounge though bring a jacket!

  Amazingly great customer service, wonderfully clean rooms.. much more value for my cheap Priceline room than I expected! I love that they allow your incidentals to be left in cash! Only minor thing is that the doors are super thin.. I heard so much more than I needed to walking down the halls! But i didn't hear it in my room so I guess that's a plus! Will definitely stay here again!
