We traveled to Pinto Ranch to specifically shop for Cowboy Ball attire. Walking through the door we were greeted by Tom and a true Texas welcome. He directed us to the goods we asked to see and made sure everything was a perfect fit. No upselling or forceful sales … just true customer service from a man that cares and listens. Excellent service! Boots selection is exquisite! I'm not a good fit for their leather jackets, but I wish I could pull one off...they are sexy. Their staff is super friendly including the manager, so patient and helpful. This was my second experience and definitely exceeded the first (happy) experience. Cesar was incredible helpful and extremely patient! Thanks y'all!

Excellent selection of quality western wear and boots. Tina assisted us and was very knowledgeable about boot styles and proper sizing. They had some gorgeous ladies blouses. They also have a small selection of Western home goods and children's toys and books.
