I've been going to Glow 3-5x a week for over a year and would highly recommend it. The Studio is relaxing, the saunas are always clean (fully cleaned after every session), scheduling a session is simple and the Glow team's friendly service has made this one of my favorite places in DFW. Special shout-out to Clyde who always goes above and beyond for everyone he interacts with.
Love this place! The staff are friendly and professional & the cabins are always clean and calming. The saunas get WAY hotter here than other places I've been to in the area, so I feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck (more sweat in less time). Highly recommend!
Such an amazing experience. I haven’t been in a sauna in 5 years and this was a better experience than any sauna I’ve been in before. Clyde and Jorge were amazing help and very informative. I had many questions and they helped ease my first visit. I booked the unlimited package and can’t wait to come daily!
My first time in an infrared sauna. It felt great. The place was well kept. Some cabins are 1 seaters and some are 2, the 1 seater is just basically for sitting upright.
I love Glow Sauna Studios!!! A place where I can unwind, while receiving health benefits. It's always clean, and the staff is super friendly at the Mockingbird location. After going there a few times, I was being greeted by my name; I started feeling like this place was an extension of my home. I would definitely recommend getting the monthly membership, it gives me the freedom to go and come as I please and there's no contact. I hate being stuck in long contracts in anything, flexibility and freedom is key for me, and they satisfy both.
