We had two cars with hail damage. They offered essentially white glove customer service from beginning to end. We never had to even leave the house. Cars were picked up and delivered back home. Rental cars were provided. They were very good about keeping us informed. Excellent business. I highly recommend.

Dent Mechanic Group will definitely be my go to repair shop from now moving forward. Everyone I spoke with rather on the phone or in person were pleasant and happy to answer any questions I had. Mark is my guy!! He was very knowledgeable and professional and always available to answer my questions. Mark made my experience very easy and flawless. Lee was also great he delivered my car back to me and was very pleasant and professional.

The office staff would email me updates through the repair process to keep me up to date on the repairs. They picked up my car and delivered my rental car at my home. David was a pleasure to speak with while scheduling the drop off of my car when the repairs were completed. Andrew explained all the insurance paperwork when he dropped off my car. Top notch customer service and my car looks great !

I worked with Anthony ( Tony ) he was very professional and helpful when I spoke with him. When in my home he was personable he always had answers for my questions. If there was something he was not sure about he would call the office and get clarification in order to be certain he was giving me the right answers. I enjoyed doing business with him and would highly recommend this business if you need work on your vehicle.
