My son wasn't breathing well and when I got in he was immediately attended to, they took care of him and calmed me down like I have never experienced anywhere else. Wonderful doctor and nurses. I was scared and waiting for a huge bill but all we got was a greeting card from the hospital thanking us for allowing them take care of us, can you imagine????? , I just want to appreciate the hospital, doctor and nurses, we love you and thank you ❤. (September 10, 2019, 1:07 pm)I had a good experience when I arrived. The techs, nurse and especially the Dr. Everyone was so kind and very attentive. I came into Advance ER in a lot of pain and they quickly got it under control.

(September 6, 2019, 3:56 pm)On 9/4/19, my son was involved in a motorcycle accident he was hit by another vehicle and was thrown over the roof of the other drivers car.
After him refusing to be transported to the emergency room and with his continuous pain on the right side of his body I found this place Advance ER.
Of course I called ahead of time to ensure they would be equipped to help with our situation and I was reassured over the phone that everything would be fine and he would be taken care of.
Upon arrival the Advance ER waiting room was empty (no wait at all), And because I had already called to give them heads up we were on our way they were prepared and ready to see him. Their staff was very helpful came out to the car with the wheelchair to help him out the car.
From the moment we arrive the doctor and staff immediately went to work. Their kindness, the peacefulness of the place, the cleanliness of the place, really makes you feel like you’re at home and you’re safe.
I would like to Thank Advance ER and the staff that were on duty the night or 09/04/19 for the care and attentiveness that was displayed. -

Dr. Rao and his staff made my experience that much better by constantly making sure that I was comfortable as they efficiently performed a not so fun surgery. Highly recommend going here for any emergency as they are very quick to help.

(July 3, 2019, 7:53 am)It was such a great experience! The entire staff, from the front desk, Xray tech, nurse and doctor, was very friendly, extremely thorough and caring. I was impressed with the decor and the fact that it was so incredibly clean. The price seemed very fair and they got you back quickly. I could not have asked for better care. Top notch!
